Step 1:

Go to www.photobucket.com or a hosting site simular to this one. And register most like this one are free!

Step 2:

Next you want to find the upload options you want the file size to be a medium size to big it will fill the bourd and your post will be exstended over. I can help you further with this if need be.

Step 3:

Now upload your pic, It will usually give you four codes. On the forum for pictures copy and paste the IMG code and place it in the body of your post. That will work.

And for videos You can leave the direct link for user to connect to the hosted picture site. Or you can copy and paste the HTML code just this time your using the HTML code Not the IMG. Also this site will allow outside avatars. To do that you want to paste the direct link to the upload section of your avatar.
