| Let us not forget our Veterans and also the Soldiers fighting for our country!
 It is the Soldier
It is the soldier, not the reporter, Who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, Who has given us the freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, Who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, not the lawyer, Who has given us the right to a fair trial. It is the soldier, Who salutes the flag, Who serves under the flag, And whose coffin is draped in the flag, Who allows the protester to burn the flag. ©Copyright by Charles M. Province

| Your welcome. This is something I strongly believe. That if it wasn't for our Veteran's we would not be were we are today. It makes me angry when people think that a WAR is for nothing, or they want to take history out of our school systems! Our Veterans fought for us, and our soldiers today are still fighting!
But I can go on and on!
My uncle was in Vietnam, my husband's brother served in the Navy, my Father-in-law on the USS Bainbridge, my Gradfather in WWII, my sister's boyfriend in Desert Storm.
The real hero's of today are our Veteran's and Solider's not those damn actor's and politicians! |

| I agree wendlin. It's a shame they value actors over our war heros... Both my grandpas served, great grandpas, my uncles (moms side) I know my great grt.grt. uncle Gen. George Patton and well, it goes on. My family seems like we have at least 1 person in each generation that serves in some way.
And, as late as I may be, Thank you , LML, to you, your husband and family ! _________________
