To give us time to get things together, the Next "Dog Of The Month" drawing will be held in September.. Deadline is August 30th.

Theme : Any thing goes

No alterations to any of the photos other then cropping .

Judge : Until we get a few more members, I will let 1 member from my family choose the winning picture.

1st Place : Doggy Prize Pack ..

I have an idea for the contents of the prize pack and will post it in August along with a picture of what your doggy could win !

Ok guys, I want to see some way cute pictures put up for this. No theme for this one, so anything goes ! Good luck !

ETA : If you post a picture now, and say 2 weeks later find one you like better, you CAN change your photo selection.. Just thought I'd let you all know ! ** Photo's, however, cannot be changed after the 30th !

Yup ! Pictures can be posted right on this thread. I'll be getting the prize together through-out the first 2 weeks of August. I should be able to post the list and pictures on the 3rd Week.

I've had this idea for a while , so I thought I'd try it out and see how things go.

Here is an FYI on the judging. When the 30th comes I will choose a day for the judge to view the pictures. I will bring up this page, show them all the pictures and I will leave the room. I'll tell them to write the winning picture, via User Name and the pictures given title, on a piece of paper , fold it and leave it on my desk. They will close that window and I will return back into the room when they let me know they are finished. I will announce who was chosen that day. *Just an FYI incase anyone was wondering how the pics would be judged..*

Title: 70 & 7

Here we have Tira (Black Tear of Cheyene) - our female black Lab @ 2 years of age - and Georgia (Georgia Belle) - our Jack Russell/Chi mix @ 1 year.
After their first meeting, they became the best of friends. Tira had jumped onto the recliner, followed shortly by Georgia - who snuggled right up to her. Tira weighed 70 lbs and Georgia weighed 7. That's where the title comes from. Smile

That's a cute photo LML. I will have to break out the camera and take some photos. Atleast I have some time. Smile

I could use time lots of time.

Are these puppy photos? Or really anything goes? LOL. I mean nothing crazy...but I have some cute baby photos...I haven't had much time to take photos of the pups lately. They've been moved to the back burner for a little bit. I dont think they appreciate it much.

Anne sittin next to her new fireplace lol. She looks tired !
