Hello -- I am new here

Hi Everyone,

I'm Sue. I have harriers. At the moment we have 5 couple and one boxer.
I say at the moment because I just did a breeding and am hopeful that
we're having some summer puppies.

My kennel name is: Downhome. You may have seen our boy, Coda, on
television. He was 2nd in the Hound Group at Portland, OR ... shown on
Animal Planet and he was 3rd in the Hound Group at Westminster Kennel
Club in New York this year. He is AKC Champion Downhome Family Tradition.
(Yep, he's named after Hank Jr's song.)

I breed for type, structure and health in one package. I usually only breed
one (maybe 2) litters per year. So far, so good!

Welcome to the board, Sue ! Oh, how exciting ! I watched that Show too, well parts of it. I don't remember to much of the hound group, or any other group really, as I was really watching for the Sporting group, but I bet you must be so very proud of your boy !!

OMGoodness, I just went to your website... What gorgeous puppers you have !! Coda is such a handsome boy.. WOW !

I did watch all of the Westminster this year ! We were watching for the Labs lol, but do watch all groups. This year, Bella (our blk Lab), aunt took BOB. This year it seemed was one of the best, since I have been watching it. So many lovely dogs , I only wish I could go in person (who knows, maybe one day I may).

Feel free to post lots of pictures your lovely Harriers , we can't get enough of pictures around here !

Coda is beautiful. I LOVE the baby Henry pic. How cute. They are great looking dogs. And the puppy pics!!! OMG they're just adorable. Welcome to the site.
